Key Responsibilities:
1. Box Design:
Master layouts that maximize space and brand consistency, all with clean lines.
Guide customers with concise diagrams and callouts that shout value.
Ensure every box embodies the CR Fence & Rail identity, leaving a lasting impact.
2. Spec Sheet Linework:
Transform technical diagrams into crystal-clear visuals that inform.
Add clarity and user-friendliness to existing graphics with precision.
Safeguard accuracy and consistency in every spec sheet line.
3. Instruction Guide Formatting:
Build clear and intuitive layouts in Adobe Illustrator that tame installation complexity.
Ensure our instruction guides follow compelling formatting that are easy-to-follow and leave no step to chance.
Bridge the gap between words and visuals, creating an effortless guide experience.
You will mostly be doing the following (typically the look/feel is already done, you will mostly be replacing the text/SKU/UPC, and/or resizing the box design or file, and using new images/renderings provided to you by other creative members.
Box Design (it’s just line work)
Line-work inside our spec sheet (the rendering/graphics is given/done by our graphic designer)
Formatting our instruction guide(in Ai right now)

Interview Process
The interview process is all initially at your pace. We only do in-person interviews in the final step. We will initially ask yes/no & numeric questions to verify your relevant experience.
We will ask you to list our your key responsibilities from our previous companies
We will then ask you to demonstrate from past responsibilities to support your list of key responsibilities and success metrics.
Then we will select a few applicants to do a paid trial task (we will provide actual problems/issue we face that you will try to resolve).
Lastly, we will do a final in-person interview (at this point, you would most likely have passed most of the job competency and experience assessment and this is a job/culture fit + opportunity for you to ask/understand us better).
