Key Responsibilities

– Lead Taxfluence’s bookkeeping and accounting operations with precision and strategic foresight.
– Deliver comprehensive client-facing tax advising and conduct detailed back-office tax work.
– Manage monthly bookkeeping using cutting-edge financial tools
– Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
– Engage with our clients directly, providing clear and actionable financial advice.
– Contribute to creating and editing thought-leadership tax content for our blog and social media.

What We’re Looking For

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA Required.
– A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting with a firm grasp of US Accounting standards and tax laws.
– Proficiency with cloud accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) and familiarity with payroll processes.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
– A passion for the content creation industry and a customer-first mindset.
