As a Lead acquisition manager, your main responsibility will be to identify potential models and build strong relationships with them through various communication channels, including social media platforms like Instagram. You will follow provided scripts and instructions to engage with potential models and deliver an exceptional experience while showcasing the benefits of joining the agency. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities by promoting the agency’s exclusive services and offerings.

Key responsibilities include:

– Generating leads by messaging potential models
– Promoting our agency
– Tracking and reporting on lead generation

The ideal candidate will have:

– Proficiency in English at a C1/C2 level
– A working PC/laptop and smartphone, a quiet working space, and a working microphone
– A stable internet connection
– Above-average typing speed
– Emotional intelligence and the ability to recognize potential prospects
– A willingness to learn
– A high level of professionalism

This is a remote, part-time position with flexible working hours of 6-8 hours per day, 4-7 days per week.
