Role Overview: As Lead Client Relations Specialist, you will be a vital link between our clients and our company. Your role will involve understanding our clients’ needs, addressing their concerns, and nurturing relationships to ensure their continued satisfaction. You will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service and enhancing the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for all clients, developing strong relationships based on trust and professionalism.
Understand clients’ objectives, needs, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and support.
Proactively communicate with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded. Must be able to handle uncomfortable conversations in a professional manner in order to serve our clients at the highest level.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our services.
Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues with a client-focused approach.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs and company offerings.
Gather feedback from clients and share insights with the team for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.

**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
7+ years of experience in corporate customer service, with a proven track record of handling complex customer interactions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey information clearly, confidently, and concisely.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, on Zoom and phone.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Detail-oriented and organized, with effective time management skills.
Adept at multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen and understanding of client needs.
Experience in PR is a bonus, but not required.

**Benefits**
Competitive salary of $36k/yr.
The first 90 days are probationary.

Hours:
—This is a full-time, fully remote position.
—Our hours are M-F, 8-4 PM PST.
—MUST be available to work during those hours.
