The Role Logistics:
We are seeking a talented Lead Copywriter to join our creative team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from the Philippines and make a tangible impact in the e-commerce space. The ideal candidate will have experience writing effective listings for online marketplaces such as Walmart, Amazon, or eBay, and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities and Areas of Need:
– Lead and manage the copywriting team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
-Evaluate, interview, and recommend new copywriting candidates who would be a good fit for the team.
– Craft engaging and SEO-optimized sales copy for Walmart marketplace listings, including straplines, slogans, body copy, and scripts.
– Collaborate with account executives to understand client requirements and core messages, ensuring our copy effectively communicates their brand and products.
– Conduct competitor research to stay informed of industry trends and apply best practices in copywriting.
– Brainstorm ideas and concepts with the creative team to develop innovative copy solutions.
– Write copy for various advertising channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Google ads, company websites, and landing pages.
– Ensure all copy aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice.

Requirements:
– Demonstrated knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.
– Proven experience writing effective listings for online marketplaces.
– Strong background in e-commerce with a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
– Exceptional writing skills with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and SEO optimization.
– Excellent command of the English language and grammar.
– Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
– Proven leadership and team management experience.
– Creative thinker and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
