In this role, you’ll be the mastermind behind crafting targeted email campaigns that nurture leads, convert prospects, and keep customers engaged. You’ll leverage your expertise in CRM automation to create seamless customer journeys that drive real results.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Email Marketing Strategies
Craft and execute strategies that are in line with the company’s business objectives, focusing on increasing customer engagement and driving sales.
Maintain Email Data Health
Regularly cleanse email lists to remove outdated or incorrect information.
Monitor the health of email domains to ensure high deliverability rates.
Ensure all marketing practices comply with GDPR regulations.

Optimize Automated Customer Journeys

Utilize CRM platforms to enhance automated processes that nurture leads, welcome new customers, and re-engage existing customers.
Ensure these processes uphold the integrity and health of data across all systems.
Create Targeted and Segmented Email Campaigns
Design email campaigns that are tailored to different segments of the audience to boost engagement and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B Testing and Performance Analysis
Regularly test different elements of email campaigns to determine the most effective strategies.
Analyze the outcomes of these tests to continually refine and improve campaign performance.
CRM Support and Issue Resolution
Act as the primary point of contact for any issues related to CRM systems.
Provide support and guidance to users, resolving any problems to ensure smooth operation of marketing activities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in email marketing and CRM automation.
High proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot Sales Enterprise and Force24.
Strong analytical skills with a knack for translating data into strategic actions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and creative problem-solving abilities.
