Job Description:
As Lead Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to our database of warm and cool leads via phone call, text message, and email communication. Your primary goals will be to engage and nurture potential clients, assist with their real estate search, and schedule appointments for our agents. You will play a crucial role in our lead generation and conversion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain a high volume of outbound calls, texts, and emails to warm and cool leads from our database.
-Engage with potential clients, assist them with their search, and answer any basic questions they may have.
-Schedule appointments for our real estate agents.
-Take excellent notes and disposition the lead as necessary in our CRM, Follow Up Boss.
-Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Qualifications:
-Mastery of the English language, both written and spoken.
-Experience with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
-A reliable, high-speed internet connection
-A capable computer and microphone headset to ensure high quality calls
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Working Hours:
This position requires availability from 7 AM to 3 PM EST, which is 7 PM to 3 AM in the Philippines.
