lead gathering assistant/virtual assistant, MailChimp admin

I just started an online business providing resources for people engaging in certain types of therapy, and their therapists, and I need a list of email addresses for these therapists and/or the clinics they work for. These emails are listed on various websites and directories, and I’m looking for someone to help me gather them and enter them into a spreadsheet so I can email them later.

I will provide a list of websites and directories to start, but I would also like you to help me locate additional similar directories. Once you have a list, you will go through each of the directories, and copy the relevant information (we will discuss the details of what information to gather) and paste it into a spreadsheet which we will discuss and design together.

The final output will be a Google spreadsheet filled with data, which you will then configure a MailChimp campaign and upload the data, configure and prepare a distribution and, after testing and approval, send the email.

I’m looking for someone who has strong skills in searching, data gathering (scraping), spreadsheets, and MailChimp, as well as other general skills that will help you help me manage this new project. Depending on your performance, this could result in a lot more hours of work with other tasks and projects.
