In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
-Working directly with the CEO
-Conducting outreach and lead generation to identify and engage potential clients and partners.
-Scheduling appointments with prospects, including coordination for podcast appearances and interviews.
-Managing and updating the CRM system with new contacts and interactions.
-Performing administrative tasks to support outreach efforts, such as content updates.
-Handling calendar scheduling to ensure efficient time management and meeting coordination.
-Taking detailed notes during meetings to capture key points and action items.
-Embracing new challenges and tasks that arise on a weekly basis.
-Limited Social Media
Requirements:
-Commitment to a full-time position (40 hours per week).
-Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
-A minimum of 1+ year of experience in a similar outreach or assistant role.
-A high level of attention to detail.
-Understanding the importance of confidentiality.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Stable internet connection of at least 10 MBPS.
-A computer (Mac or PC) less than 5 years old.
-A quiet work environment conducive to professional activities.
-Willing to work EST business hours (there is some flexibility)
