Lead Gen and Paid Ads Specialist

Here at Host Liverpool, we provide vacation rental properties for guests visiting the City of Liverpool (UK) via platforms like AirBnB, Booking dot com, TripAdvisor, Expedia and HomeAway.
But we do much more than that. We want our guests, clients, staff and strategic partners to enjoy their experience with us and understand that we’re serious about goals and standards too.
Right now, we’re looking for a lead gen and paid ads specialist. We hope our latest team member might be you!
Your main roles will include:
• Create captivating Facebook/Instagram/Google ads
• Facebook ads manager FB/Insta/Google ads
• Proven background in working with and interpreting numbers
• Citations on Google
• SEO
• Implement effective targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with the team on ad visuals and copy.
• Provide recommendations for optimizing ad performance
In addition to your core roles, you will be expected to have the following qualities:
• Proven experience in successful Facebook ad campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of general social media Ads Management and targeting techniques.
• WordPress websites
• Funnel building
• Strong creative and copywriting skills
• Analytical mindset for data-driven optimizations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to succeed through further learning
• Working in an organised way with clear emphasis on deadlines and the need to track and quantify performance
Experience of having worked on platforms like AirBnB and Booking dot com and experience in the hotel and hospitality sector will be looked at favourably.
