About Vanta Leagues
The Home of Youth Esports. Vanta is the best place for schools and community organizations to build a sustainable esports program, compete for free, and access expert esports coaching. We are a youth esports development platform for kids ages 8-18. Our product offerings include; competition, coaching, professional development, platform and events. We help organizations build sustainable esports programs that focus skill development and positive digital citizenship. Vanta was started in response to one of the founder’s sons being cyber bullied online. Vanta was created to be a safe place for kids to game with adult supervision and our coaches teach them meaningful skills that can lead to college scholarships and positive digital citizenship.
Job Details
We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Lead Generator and Appointment Setter to join our sales team. This individual will be responsible for generating leads on your own, setting appointments for our Chief Corporate Development Officer, coordinating and communicating with prospecting clients.
For this role, you should be a self-driven individual that is looking to learn valuable skills about the esports industry + diving into the startup tech world, as well as experiencing Vanta League’s company culture that values empathy, heart, confidence, growth, & transparency. Attention to detail, communication and organization are incredibly important.
We are a stable employer and will provide all training. Experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and work hard is essential. Continued learning and loyalty will open opportunities for you to advance in responsibility and compensation.
Time requirement
8am – 5pm Eastern Time (1 hour lunch), which is 8pm – 5am Philippine Time
Monday – Friday USA Time, which is Tuesday-Saturday Philippine Time

Responsibilities
– Generate your own leads in savvy ways. We’re here to support you, but want someone that is self driven and will find ways to build their own lists.
– Able to navigate organization to identify key stakeholders for sponsorships/partnerships
– Able to prospect effectively to get interest in an initial meeting (cold calling/cold email/linkedin, etc.)
– Collaborate with marketing team to create marketing content that will help with messaging and outreach
– Cultivate corporate relationships with key stakeholders at target corporate organizations
– Collaborate with Chief Corporate Development Officer and business development team to prospect target organizations
– Collaborate with Marketing team to maintain inventory of existing partnerships and re-assess portfolio annually
– Assess customers’ needs to provide assistance and information on product features
– “Go the extra mile’ to drive sales
– Remain knowledgeable on products offered
– Able to identify customer needs, communicate Vanta’s Value proposition, and position Vanta products & services to support customer needs
– Will report directly to Chief Corporate Development Officer

Requirements
– 3-5 years of work experience as a lead generator and appointment setter
– Knows how to use Hubspot and LinkedIn
– Have graduated from college with BA/BS. MBS is a plus
– Must be self sufficient and ready to work in a startup environment
– Passionate for esports and competitive sports
– Accountability for meeting tight deadlines with urgency and focus
Compensation
$800 per month + Performance Based Bonus
