Job Description: As a Lead Generation Virtual Assistant at Elray Search, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client outreach efforts and ensuring smooth communication with our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass managing social media accounts, orchestrating email campaigns, and handling correspondence on behalf of the company and Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
• Curate and maintain engaging content on LinkedIn and Dripify platforms.
• Monitor and engage with relevant industry groups and forums.
• Proactively network and build relationships with potential clients.

Email Campaign Sequences:
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of email campaigns using and our CRM, Crelate.
• Develop and refine outreach templates to maximize response rates.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Email and Communication Handling:
• Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the company and Managing Director.
• Prioritize and filter incoming communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and interviews with candidates and clients.

Requirements:
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Dripify).
• Familiarity with email campaign tools (Intersellar, ).
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Crelate or similar).
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
• Remote Work Experience: Experience working effectively in a remote work setting, showcasing strong self-discipline and time management skills.
• Effective Communication: Excellent phone and video communication skills to connect with team members
• Curiosity and Ambition: Exhibit a curious and ambitious mindset, seeking continuous learning and growth.
• Tech-savviness: Comfortable with various recruitment tools and platforms, including video interview tools
