Lead Gen/Email Marketing Assistant

I am looking for a Lead Gen/Email Marketing Assistant with a technical flair in marketing.

The Role

Manage, organize, and move top-of-funnel leads to the appropriate stakeholder – client to provide training/SOP
Pull missing data and/or find missing data and populate in client CRM or other preferred platforms – client to provide training/SOP
Verify data for accuracy prior to distribution to stakeholders
Top-of-funnel list building using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
Basic email marketing functions (i.e. manage segmentation, leverage templates to build email blasts, etc.)
Templated email outreach and response – client to provide templates/scripts and goals
Experiment with AI tools/platforms and track results – client to provide SOP/templates as necessary
Ad hoc social media administrative tasks as needed – these are grow-into/added value skills and the client will provide strategy/copy/creative as needed

The Requirements

2+ years of experience in Lead Gen/Demand Generation
1+ years of experience w/ email marketing (on-template administrative support, set up and execute sequences, workflows, and or tasks/bumps) – client to provide templates
1+ years of experience with MS Office or G Suite (Google Sheets/Excel at the intermediate level) and Zoom
1+ years of experience with a CRM
Openness to leverage and experiment w/ AI tools and share insights/feedback/learnings
Experience building outreach playbook (documentation in Confluence or similar) by experimenting and
documenting proven outreach activities
Experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools
Ghostwrite outreach notes to ICP using templates/scripts provided by the client
Research niche groups where a large volume of ICP data can be extracted
Overall CRM administration and maintenance – client to provide prescriptive direction
