What is our Business Model?
We make money by marketing to people who may be in need of selling their house, and we offer a service of allowing a homeowner to sell their house quickly, hassle-free, and we buy in cash. We then take that property we purchased, and sell it for a profit.

Job Description
The lead manager position is straightforward in the sense that they basically manage leads in our
Salesforce CRM and convert the interested leads into appointments with the acquisition manager who
closes the deals. All day you will be talking to people to see if they are interested in selling a property.

Why is this position important??
The lead manager position is one of the most critical positions in the company. You are the pulse of deals getting done. What do I mean by this? I mean, you are the first point of contact for every lead into our system, and you are responsible for filtering out the bad from good leads. The good leads will be sent to an appointment and the bad will be followed up with by you later. With that being said, you decide what leads get through to Acquisitions, and what leads don’t.

Attendance Policy
4 times in a month of 15+ mins late = 1 Strike
3 Strikes in one year = probation period
Probation period = 1 more 15+ min late = asked to leave the company

Expectations
1 Contract Signed within 30 Days
3 Contracts Signed within 60 Days
6 Contracts Signed within 90 Days
We will have a call at each interval to review the goals. If you meet these expectations, then we will continue to move forward together.

Key Performance Indicator Goals
Appointments Set to Contracts Signed = 5 or less
Good Appointments Set per Month = 25 or more
It is not all about the quantity of appointments set, but also about the quality. But if you hit either of these goals, you will be able to meet the company expectations.

Work Schedule
Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm // with a 1-hour break @ 1pm or 2pm start time.
Saturday: 12pm – 6pm // 30-min break at 2:30pm

Daily Schedule
9am Start Calling
10am Sales meeting
List Priorities while calling
New leads (on top of at all times)
Pending Appointments
Go through All of your Follow Up Lists for the first time (Hot then Cold)
In the Leads Tab and Opportunities Tab

Go through All of your Follow Up Lists for a second time (Hot then Cold)
