Position #1: Lead Generation Specialist
Primary Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients and generate qualified leads for real estate agents.
• Utilize various channels such as digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and networking events to reach target audiences.
• Track and analyze lead generation metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Assist in maintaining client relations by ensuring effective communication and follow-up activities.
• Manage and regularly update CRM databases with pertinent lead information.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation activities with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in telemarketing or similar sales/customer service roles.
• Proven experience in lead generation or a related role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in using telephone systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Position #2: Administrative Assistant
Primary Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
• Provide administrative support to real estate agents and brokers, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in transaction coordination by preparing contracts, tracking paperwork, and communicating with clients and vendors.
• Maintain office organization and ensure supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
• Coordinate office events, meetings, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and real estate software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Position #3: Transaction Coordinator
Primary Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
• Oversee real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate communication between real estate agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in transactions.
• Manage transaction timelines, deadlines, and tasks to facilitate a smooth closing process.
• Provide support to real estate agents and clients throughout the transaction, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in transaction coordination or a similar role.
• Knowledge of real estate transaction processes and documentation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Position #4: Executive Assistant
Primary Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
• Provide high-level administrative support to company executives, including managing schedules, arranging travel, and preparing reports and presentations.
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist in project management and coordination of special initiatives or events.
• Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to ensure the smooth operation of executive activities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
Position #5: Acquisition Manager
Primary Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
• Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities, including properties for purchase, development, or renovation.
• Conduct market research and analysis to assess property values, rental rates, and investment potential.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and other legal documents with sellers, agents, and investors.
• Coordinate due diligence activities, including property inspections, appraisals, and financing arrangements.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in real estate acquisition or investment management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Negotiation skills and knowledge of real estate contracts and legal processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, or a related field (preferred).
