Job Description

We are a start-up business seeking a talented and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads for our social media management services, primarily targeting cafe owners in the US market. You will be responsible for executing lead generation strategies, nurturing leads through various channels, and contributing to the overall sales and marketing objectives of the company. You will be starting from scratch.

Responsibilities:
– Research and identify potential leads in the cafe industry, primarily in the US market, using various online sources, databases, and industry directories.
– Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and engage cafe owners, leveraging digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
– Create compelling and personalized outreach campaigns to initiate contact with potential leads, utilizing email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
– Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, to qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
– Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
– Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and activities, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
– Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to improve and innovate.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B or agency setting, with a track record of generating high-quality leads and achieving targets.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including inbound marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and engage with prospects effectively.
– Proficiency in using CRM software, lead generation tools, and analytics platforms to manage leads and track performance.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and drive for results.
– Basic knowledge of cold calling techniques and experience in conducting outbound prospecting activities is a plus.
– Passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing.
