Job Overview:
-We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in sourcing leads through social media outreach, with a proven track record of generating high-quality leads for both our SaaS products and mower solutions. This role is crucial to driving our business growth and requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers from social media platforms.
-Identify and target key customer segments and demographics to maximize lead quality and conversion rates.
-Create, manage, and optimize social media outreach campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
-Engage with potential leads through direct messaging, commenting, and other interactive methods to build relationships and qualify leads.
-Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless handoff of leads and to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
-Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and performance indicators related to lead generation activities.
-Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, lead generation, and the SaaS and mower industries.
-Continuously optimize lead generation processes and strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
-Proven experience (3+ years) in lead generation, particularly through social media outreach, ideally in the SaaS and/or mower industries.
-Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their role in lead generation.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
-Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
-Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content and outreach strategies.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
Previous experience in B2B lead generation.
