We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as an outbound call lead generator. Our company is actively seeking someone who can help us generate more leads and drive growth. Currently, we have one position available.

As an outbound call lead generator, your responsibilities will encompass:
Engaging in warm and friendly cold calls to homeowners, gauging their interest in selling their property
Customizing our sales script to cater to the unique needs of each individual
Building rapport and establishing a genuine connection with homeowners during phone conversations
Skillfully asking questions to qualify their intent and interest in selling their property
Taking detailed and comprehensive notes on every person you interact with
Striving to generate a minimum of 3 leads per day
Committing to 8 hours of calls each day (Monday to Friday) using the efficient MOJO triple line dialer
Enjoying an hourly pay rate, with the potential for bonuses based on performance
To excel in this position, the following qualifications are required:
Fluency in English with an excellent command of the language and minimal to no accent
An energetic and outgoing personality that shines through in your communication
Exceptional listening skills, allowing you to identify and understand potential customers’ needs and concerns
Availability to work consistently during set U.S. time from Monday to Friday, ensuring regular attendance without missing hours
A reliable internet connection and access to Skype for seamless communication
