Role Summary

We’re currently seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical in driving our business forward by identifying and nurturing potential clients. You’ll play a significant part in shaping the growth trajectory of Martin & Simpson as we expand our footprint.

Key Responsibilities

– Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound campaigns, networking, and market research.
– Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, constantly moving them towards a closed deal.
– Develop and implement strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion.
– Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment.
– Use CRM software to track progress, maintain contact details and manage leads effectively.
– Skills and Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. (Preferred)
– Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development roles.
– Excellent knowledge of CRM systems and lead generation tools.
– Strong communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders.
– Strong English skills.
– Experience with using LinkedIn.
– Exceptional research and analytical abilities.
– Ability to work independently and take initiative, whilst also following instructions.
