Job Description

I seek a highly motivated, hardworking, and organized Virtual Assistant to provide lead generation, email lists, and email sending for property companies.

Lists will be created in several ways, including:

1. Using lists provided, such as this

You will need to identify the core contacts from each website and create a mailing list. We expect 350+ contacts per day who you will then email. Email templates will be provided, but they must be sent individually and be addressed to the specific individual).

2. Use Google to find further real estate agent leads (who may not be on these lists) to be added to our mailing list and communicate with them. We expect 200+ contacts generated per day.

3. Find and contact competitors and add competitors to our mailing list to discuss possible acquisitions.

Skills

– Experience / Understanding of the property market.
– Goal orientated. The expectation is 350 emails a day when generating leads from the lists (like the example above) and a minimum target of 200 when sourcing from Google.
– Excellent communications skills
– Excellent research and data analysis skills (Excel, Google, and Outlook proficient)
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
– Discretion and respect for confidential information.
– Understanding of the real estate market.

Compensations & Schedule

We are offering $4 an hour. This is a full-time 40-hour week opportunity. This flexible, remote position offers competitive hourly rates based on experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) during traditional business hours or with flexible scheduling. All email communications must be sent out between 11 am and 4 pm UK time.
