TopFoxx is a rapidly-growing, women-owned start-up founded in New York City, that develops unique, innovative women’s eyewear and accessories, centered around a mission of charitability and commitment towards sustainability. We are currently seeking a Lead Generation & Sales Specialist whose years of experience in sales in the ecommerce and fashion industry will bring in strong prospective clients and business partners to increase sales in our already expanding brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate strong, prospective leads through research, detail-oriented research, and extremely organized management of findings.
Maintain accurate lists of contacted buyers and results from these contacts to determine cold, warm, and hot leads, to ensure concrete prioritization for our Wholesale team.
Generate leads for various other departments including Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, and Internal Recruitment.
Oversee email software to ensure swift and thorough communication with both prospective and current buyers.
Sales calls & Customer Service duties
Update software with accurate inventory, contact lists, etc.
Continuous research of all current trends in sales and marketing strategies, and the fashion and ecommerce industry to conceptualize plans that will improve partner relationships and attract new buyers based on our strong awareness and focus on most current best practices.
Attend meetings with creative, product development and marketing team members to review upcoming launches and products to determine best prospects to bring the Wholesale team.
Continuously help track all revenue from Wholesale department, analytics on all outreach methods (emails, calls, social media, etc.) success, revenue and identify and solve areas of improvement.
Teamwork is important to us; so helping the other team departments tasks is a day to day duty.
Remain dedicated to professional growth through research, training, learning from key professionals and experts in your industry and field, and professional development opportunities.
Required Experience & Skills:
3+ years in lead generation position; Sales-focused lead generation, required.
Extremely driven, accountable and organized, with strong communication in written and oral English.
Must be able to manage multiple projects at once with urgency, focus, and deep dedication to establish ROI, results, and meet all deadlines, with a can-do attitude.
Must be able to manage performance through development of KPIs, remaining highly accountable for results and aligning with the standards of the company on a consistent basis.
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where forecasting ability and forward planning is crucial.
Must be willing to work overtime during key seasons and events, and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and deadlines are met.
Salary & Benefits:
$5-$10 USD (Negotiable); Salary based on experience.
Salary is performance and revenue-based; It grows as you and your department do.

Hours:
Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm (late-night or early morning hours may be required from time to time, to ensure effective communication with international vendors/clients.)
**Being in an extremely competitive industry and deadline-driven environment, overtime hours are expected, particularly during peak seasons and key events.
