Description:
We’re looking for a lead-gen assistant to support the Sales and Marketing team of a US-based tech startup. This is an awesome role for someone looking to be part of a fast-growing team, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:
– Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo/Apollo, Hubspot, etc., to generate leads and build lists of premium accounts based on client-specified parameters.
– Upload, organize, and regularly update leads in Hubspot to ensure streamlined processes.
– Source missing information from online databases and other relevant sources to enrich lead profiles.
– Validate lead data for accuracy and completeness before initiating outreach efforts.
– Execute templated email outreach and handle responses proficiently, leveraging tools like Hubspot, Apollo, or similar platforms. Client-provided templates/scripts will be utilized.
– Support the Sales Team with sales call preparation
– Schedule meetings on the team’s calendar through written communication channels, facilitating efficient coordination.
– Research prospective customers to gather insights and support lead-generation efforts.
– Assist with order quoting and submission, particularly when coverage is required.
– Developing strategic suggestions and actively contributing to the creation of sales team collaterals

Requirements:
– Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
– Must have worked in the graveyard/night shift schedule in the last 6 months following any timezone in the US
– Minimum of 1 years of experience in Research, Lead Generation, or Profiling utilizing platforms like Apollo, Zoominfo, or equivalent.
– At least 1 year of experience in utilizing list-building tools effectively.
– At least 1 years of experience and proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with a preference for Hubspot.
– Experience in crafting compelling email copy and templates.
– Experience building outreach playbook by experimenting and documenting proven outreach activities.
– Should be detail-oriented, resourceful, team player, and complete deliverables on time
– Ability to work within the USA GMT-4 timezone.
