We are a leading real estate hard money lender specializing in providing financial solutions for real estate investors and managing Non-Performing Loans (NPLs). As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Lead Generation Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential leads within the real estate industry, including real estate brokers, agents, investors, and individuals.
• Conduct remote outreach activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and virtual networking events to generate interest and awareness of our services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry professionals to foster collaboration and referral partnerships.
• Effectively communicate and present our lending solutions, including hard money loans and NPL management, to prospective clients via virtual meetings and communication channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities through remote market research.
• Collaborate with the internal team to develop tailored marketing strategies and materials to support business development efforts.
• Track and report on sales activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates to management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in remote business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the real estate industry, is a plus but not required
• In-depth knowledge of real estate investment, hard money lending, and Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), is a plus but not required
• Strong remote communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and services to potential clients via virtual platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads remotely, develop relationships, and close sales deals through virtual interactions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets in a remote work environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while working remotely.
