JOB SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
Join our dynamic outsourcing company specializing in remote and virtual professional services as a Lead Generation and Appointment Setter. In this pivotal role, you will conduct thorough research on businesses, execute high-volume cold calling campaigns, identify key decision-makers, and schedule discovery calls to uncover potential business opportunities. We are seeking a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for driving sales development.

Prospecting:
– Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
– Develop a targeted approach to engage potential clients and create opportunities for further communication.
Outreach and Communication:
– Initiate and manage campaigns to connect with potential leads through email, phone calls, and social media.
– Craft compelling messages and pitches to generate interest and establish initial contact.
Lead Qualification:
– Conduct thorough research to qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
– Engage in conversations with leads to assess their needs and identify potential opportunities for our products or services.
Collaboration :
– Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for further development,
– Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.

Database Management:
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
– Generate reports and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of lead-generation efforts.
Adaptability:
– Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
– Adapt quickly to changes in lead generation strategies and tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or in a similar role.
– Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and strategies.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. C2 ENGLISH PROFICIENCY LEVEL. NEUTRAL ACCENT.
– Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
– Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
– Previous experience in B2B lead generation and BPO industry.
– Knowledge of the industry relevant to our business.
– Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for lead Analysis
