We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Generation and Appointment Setter to join our web design agency. The successful candidate will generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments with potential clients. As the first point of contact with potential customers, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression of our company.

Responsibilities:
-Identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and cold-calling/emailing
-Conduct initial outreach to prospects to assess their needs and qualify them as potential customers
-Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for our sales team
-Follow up with prospects who have shown interest in our services but have not yet scheduled an appointment
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and prospect interactions in our CRM system
-Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for improving lead generation and appointment setting processes
-Provide regular reports on lead generation and appointment setting activities to the management team
Requirements:
-Preferably at least 1-2 years of experience in lead generation and appointment setting, preferably in a B2B environment with an agency
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Strong sales skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers
-Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-A positive and persistent attitude
-Experience in the web design industry is a plus
