Job Description

I am looking for a Sales Assistant for our growth marketing team. This teammate will generate leads, build a list of prospective clients, send out outreach emails/DM, manage leads in the CRM, respond to outbound sales emails, and schedule appointments with the Sales team.

Salary Range: Up to 70,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role:
Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo/Apollo, Hubspot, etc., to generate leads and build lists of premium accounts based on client-specified parameters.
Upload, organize, and regularly update leads in Hubspot or Pipedrive to ensure streamlined processes.
Source missing information from online databases and other relevant sources to enrich lead profiles.
Validate lead data for accuracy and completeness before initiating outreach efforts.
Execute templated email and call outreach and handle responses proficiently, leveraging tools like Hubspot, Apollo, or similar platforms. Client-provided templates/scripts will be utilized.
Schedule meetings on the team’s calendar through written communication channels, facilitating efficient coordination.
Conduct ad hoc research on prospective customers to gather insights and support lead-generation efforts.

The Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Research, Lead Generation, or Profiling utilizing platforms like Apollo, Zoominfo, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in utilizing list-building tools effectively.
At least 2 years of experience and proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with a preference for Hubspot or Pipedrive.
Experience in crafting compelling email copy and templates.
Should be extremely detail-oriented and highly organized, proactive, resourceful, team player, and complete deliverables on time
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work within the US zone (between 8 pm-9 am Manila Time).
