Job Description:
Are you an expert in lead generation with a strong understanding of data collection and analysis? As a Lead Generation and Qualification Specialist at Savvi Maids LLC, you will be the front line in our client acquisition process. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, gather key contact information, and coordinate closely with our Email Marketing team and our Cold Caller / Appointment Scheduler team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to companies to identify key contacts responsible for facility management.
2. Gather and verify contact information, including email addresses, of decision-makers.
3. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure high-quality prospects.
4. Coordinate with our Email Marketing team and our Cold Caller / Appointment Scheduler team to ensure seamless follow-up
and engagement.
5. Maintain and update lead databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
6. Provide detailed daily reports on lead generation activities, insights, and future strategies.
7. Continuously improve lead generation techniques and stay updated with industry trends.
Required Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in lead generation and qualification, specifically within the janitorial/commercial cleaning industry.
2. Strong knowledge of data collection, lead generation tools, and techniques.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficient in using CRM softwares. (Zoho, Hubspot and other sales tools Zero Bounce, MailSuite (formally Mailtracker), Gmail, Ring Central and Microsoft Excel)
6. Provide detailed daily reports, outlining your start and end times, tasks completed, results achieved in our custom Lead
Tracker template, and plans for the next day.
7. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
8. Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient and positive.
9. Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to the company’s success.

What are we looking for with every Team Member we hire:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills in English
2. Comfortable with the specified pay structure
3. Willing to work according to Pacific time zone (9am to 5pm) with a 30 min unpaid lunch and two 15 min paid breaks
4. Ability to make a minimum of 200+ calls per day to qaulify leads
5. Positive attitude and eagerness to be part of the company’s success
6. Enthusiasm and friendliness that shines through in every call
7. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
8. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
9. Experience coordinating with marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
