Join an exciting and fast-growing Sales Training and Coaching Consultancy as a Lead Generation / Appointment Setter. You will play a critical role in the team, responsible for developing leads and booking meetings for the CEO to close.

Role Overview
As a Lead Generation / Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying leads through email, video, and LinkedIn. You will create compelling outbound campaign messages, monitor and optimize these campaigns, and book meetings for the CEO. Your role is essential in driving the sales funnel by ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Sourcing and Development to booked meetings

Source contacts and leads using tools like and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Familiar with scraping tools and data sources like Listkit
Clean and format lead lists, ensuring accuracy and removing duplicates.
Execute lead generation activities through email and LinkedIn automation tools.
Campaign Management

Write and optimize copy for outbound lead generation campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and ensure high lead quality and quantity.
Set up and report on campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Operational Support

Support new marketing initiatives from a tech/operations perspective.
Monitor data collection processes to ensure accurate data for marketing and sales.
Set up new automations and create efficient processes for marketing and sales backend operations.
Daily Execution (Key Inputs)
Clear daily tasks in Apollo.
Provide daily booked appointment updates to the Head of Sales.
Ensure leads are fully qualified before booking appointments.
Communicate new appointments with the Sales Manager.
Maintain up-to-date records in Apollo.
Duties & Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads to book online meetings for the CEO.
Manage the scheduling of booked appointments.
Track appointment attendance and re-book no-shows.
Follow the Standardized Lead Follow-Up Process to progress leads.
Add deals to Apollo and move them through the pipeline.
Book meetings into Calendly.
Become an expert in your designated marketing channel.
Track and report on commission and booked appointments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting.
Proficiency in using tools like , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instant Data Scraper, and Parsehub.
Strong copywriting skills for crafting compelling outbound campaign messages.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Apollo and Calendly.
Ability to work collaboratively using project management tools.
Reporting and Communication
Provide daily booked appointment reports to the Head of Sales.
Communicate appointment details with the relevant Sales Manager.
Track and document campaign performance insights and patterns, providing feedback to the line manager.
Overall Purpose of the Role
As a Lead Gen / Appoint Setter, your primary responsibility is to generate and qualify leads from designated channels and secure online meetings for the CEO to close. You will be paid bonuses on meetings booked and closed deals.
