Job Description

Role
A reliable and motivated sales assistant to drive our business by offering virtual backend sales support. As a sales assistant you will perform various administrative tasks, including scraping leads and managing some of our sales process and sales calendar. Ultimately, you will be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities
Understand the prospect needs, problems or wants.
Follow our processes and procedures to ensure a smooth sales pipeline.
Update sales metrics daily based on important sales KPIs.
Contribution to weekly commitments, 30 day goals and 90 day targets
Research sales leads who schedule a call and send information to sales team before call so they can prepare
Support the CEO in executing her vision and growing the business.
Work within our sales project management system to ensure high visibility around sales data and metrics.
Follow the established business processes and procedures to ensure a smooth sales pipeline.

Results
The projects we commit to are completed on time and create the desired outcome for our company and our clients
All updates made to lead tracker daily
Assure sales emails are promptly answered or forwarded as appropriate
Sales team is prepared adequately for all calls
We use the minimum effective dose systems and platforms in order to get the greatest results
100 leads are scraped per day.

Requirements
Must be willing to take a sense of ownership and pride in your work performance as it relates to the company success
Ability to solve problems with critical thinking as well as work in a team environment
Strong sense of organization and time management
Ability to follow through on task completion
General understanding of Google Suites beneficial
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them.
Be self-motivated
Ability to manage confidential information
Good project and time management skills
Knowledge of online tools such as slack, cision, trello
Knowledge of social networking and marketing
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Good business communication skills for dealing with clients
Have a desire to serve and looking for ways to help people
Ability to identify and solve problems before they reach critical stage
Knowledge of online file sharing & storage devices such as Dropbox, OneDrive or Google Drive
