Lead Generation Assistant
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Lead Generation Assistant to join our growing startup. This role is pivotal in identifying and aggregating partnership leads to fuel our company’s growth and expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will have a knack for research, a passion for business development, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Identification: Proactively search and identify potential partnership leads through various channels, including online databases, social media platforms, industry reports, and networking events.
Data Management: Aggregate, organize, and maintain a comprehensive database of potential partners, ensuring accuracy and relevancy of the information collected.
Initial Contact: Assist in drafting and sending initial contact emails or messages to potential leads, aiming to establish a connection and gauge interest in potential partnerships.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, identify potential markets, and analyze competitors to support targeted lead generation efforts.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
Reporting: Regularly track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to improve strategies and processes.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with lead generation tools, trends, and best practices to continuously improve skills and performance.
Qualifications
> 5+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, marketing, or a related area, preferably in a startup environment.
> Strong research and analytical skills, with a proven ability to identify and qualify potential leads.
> Excellent organizational and data management skills, with attention to detail.
> Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential partners professionally.
> Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
> Proficiency in CRM software and Google Docs.
> Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
