Job Description

Our process is essentially about gathering leads as wisely and leanly as possible, and then using research to seriously deepen your understanding of – and empathy for – the buyer’s aspirations. You’ll be helped by our process, systems, SOP’s and scripts. This is not a collection of easy, smash-and-dash mindless tasks. Be diligent, thorough and helpful, and always be super-polite, even in the face of client impatience or indifferences. Pull off this paragraph and you’re at least half way there!
Key Responsibilities

– Scraping leads from a variety of sources (Apollo, Sales Nav, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).
– Manually qualify each lead based on our set qualifications.
– Clean up mass-imported leads to ensure quality with our software and processes.
– Maintain and update a tracking sheet for leads.
– Keep our lead pipeline consistently full.
– Hit your daily quota to have good key performance indicators.

– Individuals lacking initiative or depending heavily on leadership for problem-solving.
– Slow unresponsive individuals and poor communicators.
– Individuals unwilling to immerse in continuous learning or contribute to a collaborative team.
