Job Description

$6-7/hour + DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
+ $50/closed transaction from appointment set by you
Performance based bonuses and additional benefits available after successfully completing 90-day orientation
20+ hours/week
Work hours between 11:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. EST. Weekly schedule will be set and the same each week. Schedule will be determined and mutually agreed upon after hire

Real Estate Transaction Coordination (Residential Retail)

RedX & Vortex, PropStream, and/or other data sources
Real estate CRM management (preference given to those with high level of Keller Williams Command experience

Highly Desired: Someone who is detail oriented, enjoys converting prospects to appointments, and who is looking to grow in responsibilities and compensation as the company grows.

JOB DUTIES

Lead & Contact Database Management
Outbound sales calls to set appointments for agents
Prepare prospecting call list and scripts for agent prospecting
Collecting, organizing, and scrubbing data for contact managment
Prospect for new clients by mastering conversations and calling on:
Expired Listings
For Sale By Owners
Investors
Pre-Foreclosure (and other distressed properties)
Just Listed / Just Sold
Current Buyers and Sellers for Referrals
Manage contact and lead data in the Keller Williams’ Command
Manage contact and lead communication in Keller Williams’ Command
Implement and conduct system lead follow up, nurturing all leads through steady communication, until the leads are ready to meet with an agent.
Track referrals and prepare referral forms.
Practice conversations
