ABOUT ME (Krisna):

– I help business owners and entrepreneurs multiply their profits while working less
– I work hard and move quickly and expect team members to do the same

JOB DUTIES:

– Discover and contact new customers within varying channels such as lead lists, social media & websites
– Do online research & find ideal customers for our products & services
– Consistent outreach done by company standards
– Ongoing application of tasks given in our CRM
– Lead Generation systems and processes are continually improved
– Quality assurance checks before sending outreach messages and conversations are required
– The messages, follow-ups and all communication and their schedules are thoroughly evaluated and reviewed
– Work flexible hours at first (10-20 hours per week), but have the possibility for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (40hrs/week). In other words, if you will have a lot of other clients, this position won’t be suitable for you.

COMPENSATION PLAN:

– Paid monthly (you must submit invoice). First pay will come after 1 month of work, and then at the 15th of every month after that.
– Performance bonuses for great work
– Christmas Bonus
– Pay raises awarded based on performance
– For every month that you work, you will receive one paid day for sick/vacation leave (12 Days per Year)
– 7 paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
