As we continue to expand our reach, we’re looking for a passionate Marketing Associates with lead generation experience to join our team, each specializing in Podcast Partnerships.

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Content Creation & Distribution: Launch and scale organic guest interviews across YouTube, Podcasts, and other Media Channels, tailoring content to engage specific demographics effectively.

Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and source potential partners, conducting both warm and cold outreach to explore new opportunities.

Partnership Negotiation & Management: Work closely with partners to negotiate deal terms, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables. Manage the partnership lifecycle, from initial contact to project completion.

Insightful Coordination & Planning: Coordinate interview bookings and prepare detailed briefs for guests, highlighting key narratives that resonate with partners’ audiences and encourage customer conversion to HVMN.

VIP Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, offering personalized attention and ensuring a positive, productive collaboration.

Innovative Audience Targeting: Continuously research and identify new target audiences. Contribute to the media planning process by recommending strategies, targeting approaches, and rate negotiations to maximize reach and engagement.

Qualifications

Flexible with Time: Capable of operating within US-based hours, from EST to PST schedules, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across time zones.

Experienced in Partnerships: Bringing at least 2 years of relevant experience in building and nurturing partnerships, ideally within the consumer goods sector or e-commerce. Your background illustrates a track record of mutual growth and success.

Skilled Negotiators: Armed with outstanding negotiation skills, you’re adept at articulating value propositions, fostering relationships, securing favorable partnership terms, and crafting clear, persuasive communications.

Masters of Communication: Boasting excellent English written and verbal skills for customer-facing roles, with the poise and professionalism to represent our company as the primary contact for our valued partners.
Exceptionally Organized: Your elite organizational skills are matched only by your meticulous attention to detail, allowing you to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.

Project Management Pros: Equipped with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from coordinating logistics to ensuring the timely fulfillment of partnership agreements and related tasks.
