Job Description

Go Remote Staff are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with experience in business-to-business sales. To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media and emails.

We are offering a full-time position to an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to support our expanding customer base in AU, USA, UK, Canada, and NZ.

To be successful in the role, you must have account management experience and previous sales experience, sales process, lead generation, cold calling, and account management in any industry with a full list of leads to work from.

JOB OFFER:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
• Qualify leads from campaigns and prospecting as sales opportunities
• Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
• Research and maintain lead generation database
• Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
• Generate sales qualified leads via outbound activities from cold calling
• Pipeline management and analysis to ensure a high conversion rate from sales qualified leads
• Update, maintain, and organized company database to the highest accuracy
• Maintenance and updating of contact list
• Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Document activities in CRM (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

Education and Work Experience:
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in appointment setting/lead generation role.
• Proven solid experience in appointment setting and lead generation
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must have experience with the following: HubSpot, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• With a list of potential clients to work is an advantage.
• Highly organized and keen to details
• Proactive and able to hit targets
• Can start immediately
