Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant who is proficient in automation and familiar with lead generation techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Phantom Buster, , Zapier, and Zoho CRM. This role involves building lead generation reports in Google Sheets, setting up automated outreach systems, and efficiently collecting and organizing customer data from social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Utilize automation tools to identify and collect potential customer data from social media platforms.
Build and maintain comprehensive lead generation reports in Google Sheets.
Ensure data accuracy and relevance in all lead generation activities.
Automation Setup:
Develop and implement automated outreach processes using tools like Phantom Buster, , and Zapier.
Integrate various tools with Zoho CRM to streamline lead management and follow-up processes.
Continuously monitor and optimize automation workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Management:
Regularly update and maintain the lead database, ensuring all information is current and properly categorized.
Generate daily reports summarizing lead generation activities and outcomes.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless integration of automation tools and processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, with a focus on automation and lead generation.
Proficiency with tools such as ChatGPT, Phantom Buster, , Zapier, and Zoho CRM.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for lead generation on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Advanced skills in Google Sheets, including data analysis and reporting.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and proactively, with minimal supervision.
