Our team is searching for a talented Cold Caller and Appointment Setter (40 hours per week) with 1+ years of previous cold calling/sales experience to generate leads for our real estate acquisitions company. We will provide the dialer system, scripts, training, etc. We just need one or two hard-working, honest assistants to help our team generate quality leads.
TASKS:
– Call list of prospects that are provided in the company CRM software
– Set Appointments for our Lead Manager
– Move/assign leads throughout our company CRM software
– Complete end-of-day report
– Complete a systems test before the start of your shift
REQUIREMENTS:
– Speak English with minimal accent & write in English
– Experience using a CRM software
– Familiarity with using Slack for communication
– Experience using a dialer
– At least 1 year of experience as a Cold Caller or experience in Sales/Marketing
– Communication skills
– Must be able to carry on a casual conversation – this is most important!
– Good comprehension
– Committed
– Be able to build rapport and communicate with American homeowners
– Be trainable and willing to learn about the real estate market
– Must be able to follow instructions
– Available for 40 hours per week
Tools Requirements:
Processor: At least a Core i3
RAM: At least 4GB to AMD and other processors
Internet speed: At least 10mbps (LAN/wired preferred)
Webcam or Laptop camera
Wired noise-cancellation headphones
PROVIDED:
– Full video training of each task
– Access to CRM to organize leads, assign tasks, and set appointments
– We will work with your schedule to set a calendar in place that works best for you.
– Most (but not all) content will be provided for you to schedule/ create though some content you will need to develop with your own creativity (should be fun)!
HOURS: 40 hours/week
RATE: $5.00/ hour ($800/month)
