Lead Generation – Cold Calls&Emailing – Specialist (Remote, Full-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential customers through cold calling and email outreach. This is a full-time remote position, and you will be expected to work during EST business hours. Exceptional English speaking skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct targeted cold calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
– Utilize persuasive communication skills to engage potential customers, understand their needs, and qualify them as leads.
– Initiate outbound emails to follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and schedule meetings or demonstrations.
– Research and identify potential leads and new markets to expand our customer base.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or sales development.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate key messages clearly and concisely.
– Proficiency in using CRM systems and other lead generation tools.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome objections and challenges during cold calling.
– Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset to consistently achieve or exceed targets.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage leads effectively.
– Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating a high level of initiative and self-discipline.
– Familiarity with the EST time zone and willingness to work during EST business hours.
– Availability for a full-time position.

Salary:

The compensation for this position is $5 per hour.

Working Conditions:

— Working schedule: Monday to Friday
