Hello everyone, we’re looking for a professional sales representative, lead generation and email marketer to handle our B2B prospecting, cold email campaigns and CRM. We’re looking for a sales development representative (SDR) with experience that can help manage, recommend and implement strategies to turn leads into clients. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential client is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

We’re JZ Creates, a creative agency that produces captivating content through graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, 3D animations and just recently AI image/video generation. We’re a B2B agency based in the Los Angeles, California and service businesses in various industries throughout the United States. We mostly target business owners, founders, executives and with larger corporations we target marketing decision makers e.g. Chief Marketing Officers, Vice Presidents of Marketing, Marketing Executives.

The job is part-time for now, but once the right candidate is found and results start generating, it will become full-time with a pay raise.

Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail is very important to us.
Experience in cold emailing campaigns, lead generation and sales.
Experience with tools like Smartleads, GoHighLevel, Sales Navigator etc
Developing and implementing client acquisition strategies.
Able to work on Pacific Standard Time not Philippine Time.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Tech savvy, good with the latest software.

Duties
Find qualified B2B leads through sales navigator, zoominfo, rocketreach etc.
Setup and manage cold email campaigns using Smartleads or a similar program.
Utilize to enrich lead contact data for a personalized outreach.
Use Go High Level for CRM and funnel building.
Research new ways to prospect leads and turn them into clients
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook
