Job Title: Lead Generator / Creative Recruiter (Freelance to Full Time)

Our boutique creative recruitment agency is a hiring a Lead Generator/ Creative Recruiter! We work with some of the top creative marketing agencies in theatrical, tv streaming, gaming and brand advertising. Our ideal candidate is a great communicator, organized, eager to learn, creative and has an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients through research
Utilize advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator as well as data scraping tools

Creative Talent Acquisition:

Source top creative talent through innovative and strategic methods.
Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted searches and outreach to identify and attract high-caliber professionals in design, content creation, marketing, and related fields.
Utilize creative recruitment strategies to ensure successful placements.

List Building and Research:

Execute list-building initiatives, including B2B and B2C lead generation, company research, and contact list building.
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for comprehensive industry and competitor research. Assist with cold e-mail outreach campaigns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in lead generation and/or creative recruitment roles.
Highly skilled in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted lead generation and client engagement.
Demonstrated creativity in sourcing and attracting creative professionals.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent English language proficiency.
