Virtual Assistant for Sales Lead Generation, Data Research, and Reporting

Rate: $5.00 USD per hour

OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our team on an ad-hoc basis. There will be not set hours, individuals projects will be provided on an as-needed basis. Typical response time of deliverables will be 2-5 business days. You will be required to utilize Timeproof and payment will be made bi-weekly through Timeproof/Payoneer for hours worked.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including sales lead generation, data research, reporting, and managing Excel tasks with intermediate proficiency.

SKILLS:
Sales Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through online research and networking.

Data Research: Conduct thorough online research to develop comprehensive lists of data relevant to our business needs.

Reporting: Process and access our systems as needed to generate accurate and timely reports.

Excel Proficiency: Utilize Excel for various tasks including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and calculations.

Your first two projects will be as follows:
1. Research available homes “For Sale” in a specific market and identify comparable properties “For Rent” in the same neighborhood. We must identify homes that are for sales, where 0.5% of the sale price equals the average monthly rental price.
2. Generate a list of Board Members for Homeowners Associations in Florida.
