We are looking for an AWESOME Virtual Assistant / Lead Generation Expert to join our AWESOME team to:

Examples Of Tasks:

• Lead Generation via LinkedIn and Sales Navigator and any other tools
. Email management/filtering
• Manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets.
• Candidate sourcing
• Email marketing
• Social Media Marketing
• Maintain a calendar and set up meetings
• Prepare and send out email newsletters.
• Handle client inquiries email
• Data entry – CRM
• Resume editing
• Content writing
• Research tasks and companies
• Excellent customer service skills
• Liaison between you and other team members
• Set-up social media accounts (Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram)
• Manage and update social media accounts
• Some other tasks that arrive when the company starts expanding

Description:

You’ll be tasked with supporting myself the Founder and partnering with our existing team. You’ll perform below task:
-Lead Generation for clients
-Source top talent as per role given
-Do administrative works related to candidate sourcing i.e., database building, building network of candidates in LinkedIn
-Other tasks as required

Requirements:

-Experience in remote recruiting
-Experience in LinkedIn Sourcing
-Degree or equivalent work experience

Technical Savvy- Reliable Computer (with camera) and Readily available working backup computer (At least Core I3 Processor, 4GB RAM/higher)
– Internet connections (3mbps plan or higher with 2mbps running speed)
– Quality Over-Ear headset with noise cancellation

This is a part-time opportunity with potential for full-time – when the business grows.
The hours will be $4/hour and estimated for 20 hours per week + bonus
