Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Lead Generation Expert to join our team. This role is pivotal in building and managing our lead generation department, with a strong focus on systematization and process optimization for cold outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Build and maintain systems and processes for effective cold outreach.
Consistently achieve a daily outbound target of 150 prospects.
Secure a minimum of 3 highly qualified booked calls per day.
Collaborate with our marketing team to refine messaging and outreach techniques.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation and sales.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, especially in sales funnels and email marketing.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience with CRM tools and lead generation software.
