We need an experienced LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST that can not only help us generate leads but also help us set up our Lead Generation System and Workflow. We are a CBD products manufacturer, and we sell to stores and distributors across the United States. We are not a start-up company but we need someone to identify, verify, and qualify potential clients from our Target Market, and reach out to them so our Sales Team can close the deal.

We need a well-rounded Lead Generation Expert that can help us set up our leads generation system and pipeline, and launch bulk or specific email or cold calling campaigns to reach out to qualified leads about our business. A typical lead generation pipeline is as follows: Lead Generation > Lead Verification > Lead Qualification > Launch Cold Campaign or Initial Reach-out > Leads Follow-up (Email/SMS Drips, etc.) > Appointment Setting. We want someone to be able to set up, manage, monitor, work, and optimize every aspect of our Lead Generation and Sales Pipeline. The ideal candidate is very experienced in lead generation and is familiar with up-to-date lead generation tools and platforms. The ideal candidate must be able to assess our business; do pricing and features analysis about different lead generation and management tools best suited; identify which lead generation tools and platforms to adapt with the budget provided; propose the best lead generation and management strategy/workflow to implement; and set-up the approved lead generation tools and strategy/pipeline.

TOP QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE:
– Must be an experienced Lead Generation Specialist (5 years or more is a PLUS, no less than 3 years experience)
– Must be familiar with the latest and best Lead Generation tools and platforms
– Able to create or optimize Sales Funnels / Pipeline is a must (IMPORTANT)
– Must be proficient in verbal and written English (C2 or above)
– Must be experienced in setting up Email Campaigns or Appointment Setting (Cold Emails / Cold Calling)
– Able to track, analyze, and report data from the implemented strategy and make changes/tweaks if necessary
– Experience with research and maintaining databases
– Experience in using CRMs related to Lead Generation, Management, or Sales
– Must be organized and HAS GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL
– Strong project and time management skills
– Can work with minimum supervision
– Experience working with US companies (preferred)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients
– Driving our lead generation campaigns
– Creating fresh lead generation tactics according to customers’ needs
– Proactively schedule calls with prospective clients via phone and email (cold emails / cold calling)
– Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential customers
– Managing our leads to ensure consistent site traffic growth
– Maintaining our lead databases and tracking lead sources
– Work closely with sales managers/marketing to develop strategies to drive conversion rates across multiple channels
– Assist the sales and marketing team in managing sales and marketing campaigns including follow-up calls or emails
– Provide support on marketing initiatives
– Submitting marketing and sales pipeline reports
– Respond to requests from customers as needed in a courteous and professional manner
