Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to join our B2B marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering marketing projects on time and within budget, with a specific focus on lead generation. This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets with a focus on lead generation
* Manage project deliverables and ensure they meet client expectations
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
* Identify and mitigate potential project risks
* Communicate project status and progress to clients and internal teams
* Continuously improve project management processes and best practices
* Utilize Hubstaff software for monitoring and tracking project progress

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing agency or similar role with a focus on lead generation
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Experience with project management tools and software, specifically Hubstaff
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Success stories and/or case studies showcasing your experience in B2B marketing strategy and lead generation
* Skype contact to facilitate communication and collaboration
