As a Lead Generation Specialist with WordPress Web Development Skills, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by generating high-quality leads and maintaining an engaging and effective online presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies, optimizing our WordPress website, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients.
Design, build, and maintain our WordPress website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
Create and manage landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to capture and nurture leads.
Analyze and report on lead generation metrics and website performance to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and campaigns that drive traffic and engagement.
Use SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
Integrate and manage CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in lead generation and web development.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Lead Generation Expert or similar role.
Proficiency in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages is a plus.
