Responsibilities:

Generating leads and qualifying potential customers through various channels including phone, email, and social media

Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers for our transportation services

Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends

Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and expand customer base

Collaborating with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide solutions

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leads and potential customers

Providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Communicating with customers, carriers, and team members to ensure smooth transportation operations
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, logistics, or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of the transportation industry and logistics
Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools
