Lead Generation Manager (Expertise in HubSpot Required)

Alpha Capital Funds is a real estate investment company that focuses on acquiring, buying, and selling off-market properties in the United States.

We’re looking for an experienced lead generation manager that can help with lead generation, marketing lists, and managing a team of colder call and SMS VAs.

The perfect candidate for this role will be a team player and great leader, have management experience with a cold call team, 3 years of minimum experience with HubSpot CRM, will be extremely detail oriented, and have experience with Kixie.

Requirements
– 3 years minimum experience with HubSpot CRM is required, no exceptions will be made
– Must have experience creating sequences and workflows within HubSpot CRM
– Kixie experience is required
– Expert level mastery of excel and google sheets
– Extremely detail oriented
– Data collection & analysis
– Management experience
– Must be fluent in English – reading, speaking, & writing
– Experience with Roor is preferred

Job Description
– Manage a team of cold call and SMS VAs
– Conduct regular 1on1’s with VAs
– Track all marketing data and KPIs
– Create and manage workflows in HubSpot CRM
– Work collaboratively with Creative Director
– Manage payroll and timesheets
– Oversee VA team production
– Provide daily lead generation report
– Clean data and marketing lists to be imported into HubSpot CRM
– Send weekly call recording by VA team to Sales Manager for review
– Make sure VA team is properly completing marketing campaigns
– Keep all lists and files organized in Google Drive
– Reviewing leads generated by VA – making sure data is entered correctly and they are completing all of their steps
– Generate HubSpot based tasks for VA team
– Create and schedule marketing calendar at least 2 weeks in advance

Hours
– 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Pay
Starting pay is $6 per hour with the ability to move to $8 per hour after 6 months.
