Job Description

TASKS:
– Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and attract a larger audience of potential clients on Social Media.
– Generate and Manage digital campaigns as per your own strategies.
– Utilize lead generation techniques on LinkedIn and Facebook, including connecting with prospects, initiation conversations, and nurturing relationships to identify and capture potential leads.
– Actively engage in relevant Facebook Groups to establish connections, enhance credibility, and identify potential leads within the community.
– conduct comprehensive research and employ targeted search methods to identify leads beyond existing networks.
– Utilize lead generation tools and platforms proficiently to capture and manage lead information efficiently.
– Maintain consistent and proactive communication with leads, promptly responding to inquiries, following up on conversations, and fostering relationships to drive client acquisition.
– Monitor and report social media analytics and insights, leveraging data trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in lead generation efforts.
– Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustment as needed.
– Do research topics and stay up-to-date with the industry trends and best practices in lead generation and social media marketing, offering innovative strategies and suggestions to optimize results.
– Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– A minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation and social media, preferably in Mortgage Brokerage Industry / REAL ESTATE
– Well skilled with online marketing and lead generation
– Strong proficiency on LinkedIn and Facebook Platforms, including deep knowledge of lead generation techniques, and delivering strategies.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the building of strong connections and relationships with potential clients.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and analyze campaigns’ metrics, utilizing data-driven decision making.
– Demonstrated creativity in crafting engaging lead strategies that aligns and resonates with the target audience.
– Self-motivated and proactive approach, capable of working independently, taking initiative, and meeting deadlines.
– Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage leads and diligently follow-up on activities.
