Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive marketing professional with a strong background in lead generation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage both paid Facebook advertising and cold email outreach campaigns to secure qualified leads that can be converted to fruitful opportunities for our business. The ultimate goal of this role is to drive growth by efficiently and effectively filling our calendar with promising leads.

Key Responsibilities:

– Facebook Advertising:
– Design, implement, and monitor effective ad campaigns tailored to our target audience.
– Analyze the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve ROI.
– Stay updated on the latest Facebook advertising best practices, tools, and trends.
– Cold Email Outreach:
– Utilize tools like Instantly to generate and verify email leads.
– Design and execute cold email campaigns targeting potential clients, ensuring messages are clear, compelling, and compliant with CAN-SPAM regulations.
– Track and measure email campaign effectiveness, adjusting for higher response rates.
– Lead Qualification:
– Ensure leads are vetted and qualified based on the company’s criteria.
– Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the lead handover process, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
– Reporting & Analytics:
– Regularly provide insights and updates on lead generation activities, outcomes, and areas of improvement.
– Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI, recommending necessary changes as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation, specifically with Facebook Ads and cold email campaigns.
Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Familiarity with tools like Instantly and other lead gen platforms.

Working Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week. Flexibility may be required based on campaign needs or project deadlines.
